Tessa Marie Stafford

Tessa Marie Stafford, 23, Nevada, Mo., passed away on Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, at St. John's Regional Medical Center, Joplin, Mo. She was born Aug. 12, 1983, in Nevada, to John Brian Stafford and Linda Marlene Woolford.

Tessa grew up in the Webb City and Joplin areas. She was baptized in the First Assembly of God Church in Webb City.

Survivors include her motber, Linda Ballard and her stepfather, Junior Ballard, Nevada; her father, John Stafford, Sheldon, Mo.; brother, Travis Stafford, Sheldon; cousin, Derrick DeLaRosa, Sheldon; grandmother, Josefina Woolford, Nevada; and uncle, Warren Woolford, Nevada.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, Jan. 16, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, with Jeff Adams officiating. Interment followed in Deepwood Cemetery, Nevada.
