Allisyn Jade Tipton

Jessica Cox and Lance Tipton, Nevada, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Allisyn Jade Tipton.

Allisyn was born at 9:52 a.m., April 11, 2007, at Freeman hospital, Joplin, Mo. She weighed 5 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 17.5 inches.

Paternal grandparents are Wayne and Lorie Tipton, Nevada. Paternal great-grandparent is Rogene Harms, Schell City.

Maternal grandparents are Lewis and Lisa Cox, Nevada.
