'A Tuna Christmas' opens Thursday

The Community Council on the Performing Arts will present "A Tuna Christmas" a two-man show starring Charlie Johnson, left, and Steve Reed, this week at the Fox Playhouse 110 S. Main St. The comedy, by Ed Howard, Joe Sears and Jaston Williams, features Johnson and Reed each playing 11 different characters in the town of Tuna, Texas, talking to each other. The play is directed by Alfred Fenske and sponsored by Curtis & Sons. Performances of the play, which will be held regardless of the weather, will be at 8 p.m. Dec. 13, 14 and 15, with a matinee at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 16. --Ralph Pokorny/Daily Mail
