Melvin Lee Cole

Mr. Melvin Lee Cole, age 76, of El Dorado Springs, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2008, at St. John's Regional Health Center, in Springfield, Mo.

Mr. Cole was a longtime El Dorado Springs area resident and a retired printer.

Amoung local survivors is his wife Maxine, of the home; two sons, L.C. "Lalan" and Gary, both of El Dorado Springs; one daughter, Mrs. Myran Beydler, of El Dorado Springs; one brother, Jim Cole and his wife Sue, of Lamar; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 23, at 11 a.m., at Sheldon Funeral Home, in El Dorado Springs. Burial will be in the Virgil City Cemetery, near El Dorado Springs, under the direction of Sheldon Funeral Home.
