There were reports of possible shots fired in the Milo area, a semi vs. deer on the SB 71 area, a medical call in the Nevada area, a recovered stolen auto in the Nevada area, a road closed in the Center Township area, a sign down in the Deerfield area, an ambulance request in the Bronaugh area, a suspicious vehicle in the Deerfield area, an ambulance request in the Schell City area, an ambulance request in the Walker area, a theft in the Schell City area, a domestic assault in the Nevada area, a fire alarm in the Nevada area, a disturbance in the Nevada area and an assault in the Moundville area.

Duane L. Sherman, 49, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to pay child support in Saline County. He is being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Elizabeth J. Frank, 46, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of passing bad checks in St. Clair County. She is being held in lieu of a $250 cash only bond.

Derek L. Cowgur, 26, of Joplin, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of possession of a forgery device and forgery. He is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Richard A. Kirkham, 19, of Sheldon, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of forgery. He is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Justin P. Clark, 31, of Joplin, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of forgery. He is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

There were reports of a theft in the Schell City area, a controlled burn in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Nevada area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Lawrence County area, a controlled burn in the Schell City area, an ambulance in the Sheldon area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Sheldon area, a harassment in the Nevada area, a sign down in the Nevada area, an animal neglect in the Milo area, a stranded motorist in the Compton Junction area, debris in the road in the Nevada area, a juvenile in the Nevada area, animal neglect in the Nevada area, horses out in the Milo area and an abandoned vehicle in the Sheldon area.

Alan J. Fletcher, 37, of Lee's Summit, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to appear for non-support. He is being held in lieu of a $12,261.02 bond.
