Ensuring downtown holiday glow

Kansas City Power and Light workers worked around the square Thursday evening to replace burned out bulbs in the Christmas lights. KCP&L donated the use of the trucks and employees to do the work. The bulbs were purchased with donations from area businesses according to Christie Sloniker, Daylight Donuts. --Steve Moyer/Daily Mail
