Two Lamar residents injured in rollover traffic crash

Two Lamar residents, 14-year-old Cierra D. Crawford and 34-year-old Heather D. Crawford, were hurt in a one-vehicle crash Tuesday, at 11:20 a.m.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 2004 Chevrolet, driven by Heather Crawford, traveled into the median. She then overcorrected, traveled back into the roadway, then left the roadway again and finally overturned, along U.S. 71 Highway, about one mile north of Sheldon.

Both Heather and Cierra suffered moderate injuries and were transported to Nevada Regional Medical Center.
