Holiday cards support the parks department

The Nevada Parks and Recreation Department will again be selling Holiday Cards this season as a fundraiser for the department.

Each card is hand made and features a photograph of this year's holiday light display at Radio Springs Park taken by photographer Ralph Pokorny.

Anyone who wishes to purchase any of these cards you can do so by calling or stopping by the Parks and Recreation Office 218 W. Hunter or (417) 448-2742. The cost of the cards is $10 for a set of 10.

Samples of the card can be viewed at the Community Center, City Hall, Parks and Recreation Office and the Frank E. Peters Municipal Golf Course.
