There were reports of horses out in the Walker area, a stranded motorist in the Bronaugh area, cows out in the Deerfield area, a careless and imprudent driver in the Rich Hill area, trash dumping in the Nevada area, tampering in the Nevada area, a dispute in the Richards area, cows out in the Bronaugh area, an assault in the Compton Junction area, a civil matter in the Vernon County area, and an assault in the Nevada area.

Lawrence E. Wilson, 66, of Fort Scott, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of a warrant from Green County for distributing, delivering and producing a controlled substance. He was released on a $7,500 bond.

Robert Rohman, 53, of Grove, Okla., was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of a warrant from Cass County for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, a warrant from the Archie Police Department for failure to appear on a traffic violation. He is being held without bond.

Christopher R. Minor, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of receiving stolen property. He is being held in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
