Reception to be held Sunday for new legislator

An informal reception will be held on Sunday, Jan. 4, 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Heritage room of Fort Scott Community College for recently re-elected District 4 Representative Shirley Palmer.

Palmer is slated to speak about her views of issues facing Kansas in 2009.
