Decisions up in the air about art for Vernon County's new jail

Project manager for J. E. Dunn, Les Paine, decided to stop waiting for Vernon County Sheriff Ron Peckman to select a logo for the front of the new jail and produced one of his own. It'll come down local officials decide on a replacement.--Steve Moyer/Daily Mail

I think this logo looks great. The project manager fo J E Dunn did a good job.

Yosemite Sam.....I think that as far as a facility that houses criminals this cartoon is kind of silly.Don't you want to give people the impression that this is a LAW ENFORCEMENT FACILITY?? Not the looney toons house.... And anyway whats up with the right hand? Is it backwards or upside down or something? "lacks an air of professionalism that's for sure"

Can you say Yosemitie Sam? I think that as far as a building that houses criminals goes that this logo is kind of silly. And yes it may remind everyone of Mr. Peckman but with all do respect.. will he be Sherrif forever? "It lacks an air of professionalism thats for sure." And what is up with his right hand? Is it upside down or backwards or something??
