Joshua D. Jones - Abigail E. King
Abigail Elaine King, daughter of James King, Kansas City, and Shelly King, Hugoton, Kan., and Joshua Dean Jones, son of Dean and Kim Jones, Fort Scott, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. The wedding will be held in April of 2009, in Kansas City, Kan.
The bride is a graduate of Hugoton High School in 2005. She received her Associates of Science in Biology at Seward County Community College in 2007. She attended K-State and declared a major in Health Information Management. She is currently attending KU Med Center of Allied Health in Kansas City and will graduate in May 2010.
The groom graduated Fort Scott High School in 2002. He joined the U.S. Army in October 2002 as a Military Intelligence Specialist. He graduated from Airborne Training from Fort Benning and was stationed in Fort Bagg, N.C. He was reclassed as a Combat Engineer in 2007 and is stationed in Fort Carson, Colo. He is currently serving his second tour of duty in Iraq.
