Two Arkansas teenagers were injured in a one-vehicle crash Monday morning.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at about 11 a.m., on U.S. 71, about 1.5 miles north of Sheldon, when the northbound 1999 Prism, driven by 19-year-old Michelle J. Bornhoft, of Little Rock, Ark., traveled off the left side of the roadway, then the right side, struck an embankment and overturned several times.

The report said that Bornhoft suffered moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Nevada Regional Medical Center. A passenger in the vehicle, 19-year-old Allyson P. Kassler, also of Little Rock, suffered minor injuries and also was transported to NRMC.
