June 3
There were reports of a careless and imprudent driver in the Nevada area, an intoxicated driver in the Sheldon area, a verbal disturbance in the Sheldon area, an assault in the Montevallo area, a cow out in the Deerfield area, threats in the Harwood area, threats in the Nevada area, suspicious activity in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Milo area, a 911 hang up in the Nevada area, a theft in the Schell City area, a medical call in the Metz area, a jail incident in the Nevada area, a theft in the Nevada area, an assault in the Walker area, a cow out in the Vernon County area, an assault in the Sheldon area, and a stranded motorist in the Sheldon area.
James E. Jenkins, 21, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of probation violation. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
June 5
There were reports of an alarm in the Nevada area, a vehicle vs. deer in the Deerfield area, a check well being in the Sheldon area, a try to contact in the Walker area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, suspicious activity in the Deerfield area, a suspicious person in the Compton Junction area, a stranded motorist in the Compton Junction area, and a juvenile in the Nevada area.
Benjamin R. Johnson, 32, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department for a warrant out of Cedar County for failure to appear for a traffic violation. He is being held in lieu of a $70 bond.
June 6
There were reports of a harassment in the Hawaii area, a vehicle accident in the Bates County area, a vehicle vs. deer in the Bates County area, fraud in the Nevada area, a suspicious vehicle in the Nevada area, a vehicle accident in the Nevada area, an agency assist in the Deerfield area, an agency assist in the Deerfield area, a noise complaint in the Schell City area, a controlled burn in the Nevada area, a stolen vehicle in the Nevada area, and a deer in the road in the Deerfield area.
Otis A. McCullick, 43, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Venron County Sheriff's Office on charges of domestic assault, and tampering with a motor vehicle. He is being held in lieu of a $5,500 bond.
June 7
There were reports of a loud party in the Metz area, an alarm in the Nevada area, a harassment in the El Dorado Springs area, cattle theft in the Richards area, an ex parte violation in the Nevada area, a peace disturbance in the Montevallo area, threats in the Nevada area, and a traffic stop in the Nevada area.
Trevor L. Brown, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of a warrant out of Cass County for a traffic violation. He is being held in lieu of a $300
June 9
There were reports of a medical call in the Moundville area, a cow out in the Nevada area, a 911 hang up in the Deerfield area, a fraud in the Sheldon area, a 911 hangup in the Vernon County area, two violations of orders of protection in the Nevada area, a found horse in the Metz area, a medical call in the Richards area, a structure fire in the Sheldon area, a request to speak to a deputy in the Nevada area, a juvenile in the Sheldon area, and trespassing in the Nevada area.
Robert J. Baer, 20, of Walker, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle. He is being held in lieu of a $1,500 bond.
