The Nevada Red Sox AA baseball team added another strong win to their record as they headed to Seneca Tuesday night.
Blake Gooch got the start on the mound for Nevada and pitched three hitless innings, earning the win. The Red Sox bullpen struggled a bit on the day, allowing seven runs, but Nevada's offense was able to put up 15 of their own, bringing home a 15-7 victory.
Grant Wolfe and Ace Whitesell led the offensive effort for the Red Sox with three hits each.
The Red Sox were scheduled to be back in action Wednesday night, continuing their roadtrip in Joplin as they were set to take on both Joplin and Carthage on the same night.
