Clifford James "Clip" Bland, 84, of El Dorado Springs, died on Tuesday afternoon. Services will be held at the Church of God "Holiness" in El Dorado Springs, on Friday, July 17, 2009, at 11 a.m., with burial in El Dorado Springs City Cemetery under the direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.
