Local business seminar, 'Keep It Legal and Hire Right' is scheduled for Aug. 25

A seminar aimed at helping employers answer questions about the hiring process, from what interview questions are helpful, and what interview questions are legal to ask, to how to root out the right employee for the job is slated for noon-1 p.m., Aug. 25, at the Nevada TeleCenter's Service Edge Cafe, with lunch provided.

Attendees will receive a packet of reference materials, view a presentation and participate in a question-and-answer session, topped off by mock interviews performed by volunteers.

Registration is required, by Aug. 21.
