Local man dies in weekend crash

Forrest K. "Keith" Brown of Nevada was killed in a motorcycle crash on Sunday, Aug. 30, on Highway 23, south of Eureka Springs, Ark.

According to a report from the Arkansas State Police, Brown was riding a BMW motorcycle, heading north, at 2:48 p.m., Aug. 30, when a southbound 1999 Dodge Ram pickup driven by 22-year-old Jesse R. Rusch of Eureka Springs crossed into the northbound traffic while attempting to negotiate a curve, striking Brown's motorcycle head-on.
