* Plant labor restructuring announced.

Precision Aero Services of Nevada is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Ulrich as the company's chief operating officer. Ulrich comes to the 152,000-square-foot, state-of-the- art facility with 45 years of experience in the aerospace industry; working for The Boeing Company for 23 years and serving as a private consultant with his company, Applied Materials and Processing Technology, Inc., since 2005.

Ken Loomer, Precision Aero Services president said, "We're very pleased to have Bob come on board. With all of his experience and connections within the industry, he's sure to be a huge asset to the future of this company." He continued, "Bob has done a great job for us as a consultant and he'll make an even greater impact as our chief operating officer."

The aerospace industry, like many others around the world, has been affected by the global economic downturn. As a result of fewer repairs being ordered and new component manufacturing at a multi-year low, Precision Aero Services is announcing a reduction in its local workforce. According to June Johnson, human resources director for Orecision, a total of 29 employees will be laid off or have their hours cut back significantly.

The labor reorganization will be effective immediately.

"It is our hope to call back a large portion of these employees when it's justified by an increase in manufacturing and repair work," said Ulrich.

Since February 2004 Precision Aero Services has been devoted to utilizing its broad base of knowledge and experience in all aspects of aircraft component repair; standing on sound business principles and upholding high ethical standards.
