Lady Tiger tennis falls at home

The Nevada Lady Tigers tennis team suffered their first home loss of the year Thursday night as the Webb City Lady Cardinals earned a 7-2 victory. Caitlin Wagner and Ashley McKinley were the only Lady Tigers who were able to take singles victories as Webb City took four of six in singles competition and three of three in doubles. Ashley Magsam and Regan Kimbrough defeated Webb City's Darshi Edirisooriya and Catherin Steubing in JV singles action to lead the Lady Tigers to a 2-2 split. --Ralph Pokorny/Herald-Tribune
