Ren was an awsome hunting dog

Dear Editor:

I don't know if you got my earlier e-mail but would like you to publish this if possible.

I knew both Guy Manning and his dog Red very well and love and miss both of them. Guy, Ren and myself go way back and I had many great hunts for duck, pheasant and dove with the both of them. He is right that Ren was an awesome dog and would show up many more expensive, pedigreed dogs.

On more than one hunt I would be having more luck shooting than Guy and sure enough his dog would all the sudden leave his side and hunt with me. He was an equal opportunity dog.

I don't know how to get a hold of Guy anymore but if you could publish this I would like to thank him for all the good times and memories.
