Habitat luncheon Nov. 11

The Habitat for Humanity Baked Potato Luncheon will be held Wednesday, Nov. 11, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at the First Christian Church Fellowship Hall at the corner of Austin and Cedar streets.

Visitors should enter through the south door.

Deliveries can be ordered Tuesday, Nov. 10, by calling Haggans Realty, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., at (417) 667-6714 or by sending a fax to (417) 667-3508. Last minute orders can be placed by calling (417) 684-2666 on Wednesday morning. The luncheon includes a baked potato with toppings, homemade pie and drink. Drinks are not included with delivered orders. Proceeds will be used for materials in the building of the Nevada affiliate's 11th house, which is now under construction at 915 N. Oak St.

A tornado shelter which has already been installed is available for public inspection.
