Leon William Travis

Samantha Pickett, of Nevada, is proud to announce the birth of her son, Leon William Travis. Leon was born at 7:10, on Nov. 8, 2009, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 19 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Kathy Pickett, of Nevada, Lonnie Beisley, of Sheldon, and Randy Thomas, of Clayton, N.M. Maternal great-grandparents are Janice Rye, of Clayton, N.M., and Bonnie Beisley, of Sheldon. Maternal great-great-grandmother is Millie Elsworth, of Nevada.

Paternal grandparents are Clyde Leroy Travis, and Peggy Maxine Duhon, both of the state of Louisiana. Paternal great-grandparents are Henry Cordey, of the state of Louisiana.
