R-5 board members recognized

Dr. David Stephens, Nevada R-5 School District superintendent, presents a certificate of appreciation to school board member Nora Quitno as fellow board member Scott Kennedy watches, during Wednesday's monthly board meeting. Stephens also presented to certificates to the other board members in recognition of the time and effort they and more than 3,600 other Missouri residents devote to local schools as board members across the state.
