Nevada girls' basketball awards announced

The Nevada High School girls' basketball team held their annual end-of-season banquet on March 25. Pictured, left to right: Allie Irwin-MVP, Tiffani Long-offense award, Lauren Klinksick-defense award, Heather Thomas-most improved and Daven Smith-Hustle award. The Lady Tigers as a team finished the 2009-'10 season with an overall record of 19-7 and took second place in the district tournament to the eventual state champion Webb City Lady Cardinals. --Submitted Photo
