'Afiwa' tickets sold out

Tickets to both performances of "Afiwa," and African opera making is American debut this weekend are sold out, with a waiting list also in place, for those hopeful of a second chance at tickets in case someone cancels an existing reservation.

Performing the lead role will be Cottey College alumna, and native Sierra Leonean, Joseryl Beckley, a 2000 graduate of Cottey College, and a graduate of the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University.
