Rich Hill Fishing Derby set for June 6

A Fishing Derby, co-sponsored by the Rich Hill Chamber of Commerce and the McGennis Youth Center, is set for Sunday (June 6) at the Center.
Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the east shelter house near the tennis courts. The Fishing Derby will run from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
A parent or guardian must accompany each child. The derby is open to children through 15 years of age. Fishing and casting contests will be held in four age groups. Prizes will be awarded in each age group. A hot dog roast will follow the derby.
McGennis Youth Center is located five miles west of Rich Hill on A Highway then three miles south on Route WW. Watch for signs.
