Sears -- 50 years

Lance and Sharon Sears, of Hume, Mo., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 20, at the Hume Christian Church, Hume, Mo. Lance and Sharon were married Nov. 19, 1960, in Fort Scott, Kan.

The reception will be hosted by their children, Kent Sears, wife Margaret and children Kristopher and Victoria of Hume, Mo., and Angie McChesney, husband Tom and children Michaela and Josey of Ash Grove, Mo.

The couple requests no gifts other than the presence of friends and relatives at this special occasion.
