Radio Springs display opens

The Nevada Parks and Recreation Department's annual Lights at the Lake drive through display opened for the 2010 Christmas season Wednesday evening and will be open nightly from 5 to 10 p.m., through Dec. 31. There is no charge to tour the display; however, donations are welcome. The proceeds are divided between the parks department and the organization at the display each evening. At right, Nevada Mayor Jayne Novak throws the switch to turn on the drive through Christmas light display at Radio Springs Park Wednesday evening.
