Author, historian speaks at Historical Society meeting

Author and historian Lyndon Irwin presented what attendees referred to as an "informative and entertaining program" on his book about the community of Bronaugh, titled "Bronaugh, The Town, the Town, the Man and His Friends," during a July 10 meeting of the Vernon County Historical Society, held at the Bushwhacker Musuem. The audience enjoyed the stories about a number of notable people and events centered around the Bronaugh area, especially those involving the Younger brothers and Wal Bronaugh's longtime friendship with Frank James.
