Layher to be arraigned Nov. 21

Lori Layher, of Moundville, is scheduled to be arraigned in a Vernon County Court on Nov. 21.

According to information provided by unofficial online court records, Layher was arrested Monday and faces charges of one count of second-degree statutory sodomy, one count of second degree statutory rape and four counts of sexual contact with a student by a teacher, student teacher, employee, contract employee, or school volunteer.

No further information was available Wednesday evening.
