Thomas Glen Peacock
Thomas Glen Peacock, 21, passed away at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Mo., Friday, Nov. 25, 2011. He was born Dec. 23, 1989, in Kansas City, Kan., to Ralph William Peacock and Rhonda Kay Koehn Peacock.
Thomas lived all of his life in this area. He graduated from Nevada High School in 2008. He attended the Missouri Welding Institute in Nevada also graduating in 2008. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman and loved his friends and family very much.
Survivors include his mother, Rhonda Howry and her husband, Vernon, Nevada, Mo.; his father, Ralph Peacock and his wife, Teresa, Lamar, Mo.; one brother, Timothy Peacock, Nevada; two sisters, Ashley Peacock and Janelle Frazier, both of Nevada; maternal grandparents, Earl and Elfredia Koehn, Nevada; great-grandmother, Betty Duren, Fort Scott, Kan.; great-great-uncle, Norman Paul, Nevada; several aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, with the Rev. Mel Mebra officiating. Interment will follow at Moore Cemetery in Nevada.
Friends may call now and until the hour of service at Ferry Funeral Home, and the family will receive friends at the funeral home, Tuesday, Nov. 29, between 7 and 8 p.m.
