Nevada Middle School band performances

The Nevada Middle School Seventh-Grade Jazz Band performs a song titled "MOJO" at the middle school gym this past week. Below, on Friday, May 4, the Sixth Grade Band traveled to Strafford, Mo., to perform in the Strafford High School Auditorium. The students performed two prepared pieces and earned the highest distinction -- a 1 rating -- from all of the judges. After the performance, the students went to Incredible Pizza in Springfield where they ate lunch and enjoyed the attractions for the rest of the afternoon.(Submitted Photos)

Great Job NMS Band! Very proud of you and your performances. One correction though...the 6th grade band performed "MOJO" seated below on the floor. 7th grade jazz band is seated on the stage onlooking the 6th grades performance.
