Web update: Two from NHS advance to state track meet

MARSHFIELD -- Two athletes from Nevada High School have advanced to the state track meet. Ashley Shumaker and Morgan Hold both advanced at Saturday's Class 3 Sectional Meet at Marshfield.

Shumaker took second in the girls high jump (5-3) and Hold was fourth in the boys pole vault (12-9).

The season ended for the other sectional qualifiers.
