Fred Lyle Bishop

Fred Lyle Bishop, 64, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at his home in Nevada, Mo., following a lengthy illness. He was born on Dec. 6, 1947, in Foster, Mo., to Ule Bishop and Halene Louise Bishop Griner.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, with the Rev. Steve Knoll officiating. Interment will follow at National Cemetery, Fort Scott, Kan., with military honors.
