Billy Ray Miller IV

Billy Ray Miller III and Ryan Miller of Gainesville, Fla., and older sibling Rylee Ann Miller, are proud to announce the birth of their son and baby brother, Billy Ray Miller IV.

Billy was born at 3 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at Shands Hospital, Gainesville, Fla. He weighed 8 pounds, 10 and 1/2 ounces and measured 22 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Bob and Julie Bailey of Nevada, Mo.

Paternal grandparents are Bill and Robin Miller Jr. of Nevada, Mo. Paternal great-grandparents are Bill and Ruth Miller of El Dorado Springs, Mo., and David and Patrice Harris of Nevada.
