For the second time in as many days, the Nevada Tigers baseball team has been forced to call off a scheduled game.
The Tigers were scheduled to make their home debut Friday, against the Mustangs of McDonald County High School. Tigers head coach Danny Penn said he hopes to reschedule, but no makeup date for that contest had been announced by press time Friday.
The freshman squad will be at home on Tuesday, while the varsity Tigers are scheduled to be back in action on Wednesday, when they host the Panthers of St. Mary's Colgan High School, weather permitting. First pitch is set for 4:30 p.m., at Lyons Stadium.
