Nevada Country Club hosts golf tournament

Nevada Country Club hosted the 43rd annual Four Ball Invitational golf tournament over the weekend.

The 36-hole stroke play tournament was played in teams of two, with the lowest of the two scores being counted on each hole. After Saturday's action, teams were divided into flights and winners were determined after play on Sunday.

Mike Thompson and Tyler Judd won the Championship Flight with an overall score of 131. Eddie Morrisey and Brian Ware took second at 132 and the team of Tim and Nick Judd finished third at 133.

Joseph Ferry and Alex Christensen won the A Flight with a combined score of 141. Bob Schuster and Chris Jones took second at 142 and Roy Herstein, while John Ullman finished third at 143.

Tommy Vosseler and Nick Toy won the B Flight at 145, followed by Manny Roldan and Eric Barwick at 147. Jim Owen and Bill Hardin took third at 148.

In the C Flight, Lyndon and Chad Greenlee took first at 152, followed by Joe Hardin and Jeremy Fast at 153. Raymond Crawford and George Hold finished third at 159.
