Thank you for your kindness Nevada

Dear Editor:

To the people of Nevada, Mo., a very warm "thank-you." Our grandson is a pitcher for the Nevada Griffons this year and we came for parents weekend.

We were treated with so much kindness, from the smile and greetings of hello at every place we went to the kindness of the host families and how they treated the boys like family.

To the people in the stands who rooted for the boys and chatted with the families like they were long time friends.

A big thank you for all the hard work and time so many do to keep this program running so smoothly.
