Thanks to everyone who helped us

Dear Editor:

We were involved in a motor vehicle accident on Friday, July 19, near Nevada. First of all, we'd like to express appreciation to the "good Samaritan" who stopped at the scene and called 911, helped my husband out of the car, offered us cold water, and stayed with us until EMS arrived.

EMS and the firefighters were great. The hospital has a great ER staff. Your community can be very proud.
