Diana Lynn McClure

Diana Lynn McClure, 52, of Nevada, Mo., passed away on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at her home. She was born Jan. 23, 1961, in Mitchell, S.D., to Katherine M. Penrod.

She spent most of her life in Kansas City, Mo. Diana was the Vice-President of Operations for SDMI in Overland Park, Kan., prior to moving to Nevada, in 2000, where she was the branch manager of Cash Advance Payday Loans in El Dorado Springs, Mo. Diana enjoyed spending time with her friends, children, and grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Tara Blum of Nevada, and Jordan Baldwin and her husband, Brandon, also of Nevada; six grandchildren, Tyler, Katie, Conner, Braylinn, Aubrey, and De'lila; two brothers, Warren McClure and his wife, Kimberly, of Wasilla, Alaska, and Charles Penrod and his wife, Amie, of Springtown, Texas; four sisters, Carrie Couzens, of Nevada, Brenda Sloniker of Gib Town, Texas, and Bonnie Smith and Coletta Penrod of Pittsburg, Kan.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Katherine Penrod and Charles K. Penrod; and two grandchildren, Summer Lynn Hall and Teagen Lee Baldwin.

No services have been scheduled at this time.

In lieu of flowers, Diana requested memorials to be made to the American Cancer Society.
