BALLARD, Mo. -- The Sheldon Panthers basketball team headed back out on the road Friday night, hoping to continue its winning ways in a Golden Valley Vernon County Conference matchup at Ballard High School.

Head coach Tyler Judd's squad did just that, defeating the Bulldogs on their home floor by a final score of 65-43. Reed Worsley led the offensive effort for the Panthers on the night, as he finished with 26 points and was joined in double figures by Corey Baney, who finished with 15.

Next on the schedule for the Panthers is Tuesday, when they open the Golden City Tournament against Bronaugh. That contest is scheduled to tip off at 6:30 p.m., at Golden City.
