Lady Tigers fall at Bolivar

BOLIVAR -- A strong third quarter carried Bolivar's Lady Liberators to a 51-42 victory over the Nevada Lady Tigers Monday night, at Bolivar High School.

Bolivar snapped a 22-22 halftime tie by outscoring the Lady Tigers by 15 points in the third quarter, on the way to its eighth victory in 10 games this season. Madison Campbell led the Lady Liberators with 16 points -- 10 in the third quarter -- and Randi Hancock added a dozen.

Junior Rilie Good led Nevada with nine points as the Lady Tigers saw their three-game winning streak come to an end.

Nevada's 6-5 on the season and returns to the court Wednesday night to play Warrensburg, at Warrensburg High School, in a varsity/JV doubleheader at 6 p.m.

Bolivar also won Monday's JV game, 52-46.
