David Arnold Todd II
Memorial services for David Arnold Todd II, 81, Lawton, will be at 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 17, at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, with the Rev. Shelley Forrester, rector, officiating.
Mr. Todd died peacefully in his sleep on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014.
Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.
He was born March 24, 1932, to David Arnold and Inez (Porta) Todd in Kansas City, Mo. Mr. Todd was a graduate of the University of Missouri. He was stationed at the Army Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, during the Korean War. He married Yvon Forderer on Aug. 22, 1957, in Nagoya, Japan.
He served as executive vice president of Farm and Home Savings and Loan. He moved to Lawton and became president of Red River Savings and Loan. After he retired he traveled extensively. He was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; three children, Elizabeth Cooke and her husband, Gus, Boulder, Colo., David Arnold Todd III and his wife, Caroline, Fulton, Mo., and Judith Claire Dunkelberger and her husband, Willy, Brewster, N.Y.; and four grandchildren, Katherine Cooke, David Arnold Todd IV, Suzanne Todd, and Richard Dunkelberger.
