Harry Milton Stone Sr.
Harry Milton Stone Sr., 63, Wagoner, Okla., passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014, at his home. He was born on April 23, 1950, in McCook, Neb., to Dick Leroy Stone and Etna Mae (Thornley) Stone. Harry and Barbara (Hackett) were married about 12 years ago.
Harry served in the United States Army. His passion was for race cars and motorcycles.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara, of Nevada; two sons, Victor Stone and Julie, El Dorado Springs, Mo., and Harry Stone Jr., Wichita, Kan.; two daughters, Mistie Stone and Lee, Coweta, Okla., and Kristi Abel, Austin, Texas; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Les Stone, Vernon County, Mo.; two sisters, Barbara Lawson, Talequah, Okla., and Nancy Burris, Liberal, Mo.; one stepson, James Steele; and one stepdaughter, Tina Hillis. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Roger.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, March 10, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, with the Rev. Ron Marsh officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Moore Cemetery, Nevada. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m., Monday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
