Susan Diane Dighero
Susan Diane Dighero, 57, Nevada, Mo., passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2014, at Moore-Few Care Center, in Nevada, following a lengthy battle with multiple sclerosis first diagnosed in 2004. She was born June 11, 1956, in Storm Lake, Iowa, to Noble Elroy Warner and Gladys Emma (Hallengren) Warner. She married Donald Raymond Dighero on May 11, 1973, in Nevada, and he survives of the home.
Susan moved from Iowa to Nevada when she was a freshman and attended Nevada High School. Following high school, she got married and worked at various places during her life including Wal-Mart, Nellie Don, and Mil-tech for more than 20 years as a seamstress, and later as a supervisor. Her hobbies were showing horses and sewing clothes for the horse shows. Susan also enjoyed the horse races. She was a horse leader for Bushwhacker 4-H for many years. Susan especially loved her family and had a special place in her heart for her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Don, of the home, she is survived by her children, Chas D. Hutchison and husband, Thomas F., Nevada, and Amy S. Garwood and husband, Brandon W., Walker; her parents, Noble and Gladys Warner, Lamar; her siblings, Larry Warner, Lamar, Carolyn Householder and husband, Don, Nevada, and Dennis Warner and wife, Sue, Alta, Iowa; and three grandchildren, Crae Beth Hutchison, Coy Donald Hutchison, and Bella Kay Garwood. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Kerri Beth Dighero, who passed away in 2004.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 7, at Tolson Cemetery, Bellamy, Mo., with the Rev. Bruce Hooper officiating. Friends may call now and until the hour of service at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
