Training for emergencies

Nicole Garner/Daily Mail Nevada and 3M firefighters practice using foam sprays at a joint training session Thursday. The two departments meet annually and undergo rappelling practice, live burn scenarios and extinguishing techniques on chemicals found at 3M. The training allows each department to learn how the other one works, in case of an emergency.
