Republicans seek replacement candidate

The Missouri 126th Legislative District Committee will hold a special meeting Tuesday, Sept. 23 at noon at the Metz Bank meeting room in Nevada to hear interested parties and to nominate one to fill the position on the ballot following the recent death of Rep. Randy Pike.

Any qualified citizen of the 126th Legislative District who would like to be considered for the nomination by the committee should contact the committee or be present at the meeting.

Metz Bank is located at 115 N. Osage Boulevard, Nevada.
