NHS competes at WCC tourney

The Nevada High School wrestling team took to the mat Tuesday night at Center High School in Kansas City, competing in the second part of the West Central Conference Tournament.

Nevada fell to Clinton 41-30, and also lost to Sedalia Smith-Cotton, 46-28. Nevada defeated Center High School 48-18.

Nevada next competes Jan. 31 at the Benton Duals in St. Joseph.
