Tigers knock off top-seed at Frontenac Invite

The Nevada Tigers boys basketball team dethroned top-seeded Prairie View, winning 53-42 in the first round of the Frontenac National Guard Invitational, Thursday afternoon. The Tigers move on to play Fort Scott in second round action, Friday at 5:30 p.m. For Nevada, Brandon Barker led the way, scoring a game-high 21 points.
